After hearing many horror stories from our friends, we never even considered building a custom home . However, we sold our house quickly and stumbled upon an opportunity to meet with Dan Ferguson of Danco. We were immediately impressed with the house plan he designed for the property we wanted to purchase.
He effortlessly made changes to the design to suit our needs. We expected to encounter alot of stress during construction, but Dan had the experience to handle any issues that arose with the subcontractors . He treated us fairly and was always cost- conscious . After only four months , we were living in our beautiful new, custom home. With Dan's "gotta make it right " motto, we wouldn't hesitate to build another home with Danco.
